Hotel Berghof

Our favourite hotel. Built in 1953 by present owner’s great grandmother, this tiled, wooden and elegant hotel is small and tastefully designed and run by the friendly Burger family. In a sunny, quiet position 3 minutes from the Rüfikopf cable car and 1 minutes’ walk to the centre of town. Lovely garden terrace. There is a baby lift just behind the hotel. Delicious food. Two beautiful, very Austrian dining rooms with wooden rafters and choice of menus - one restaurant doubles for buffet breakfast and a beautiful, small, rustic Stube for a la carte menus. Cosy sitting room with an elegant bar and open fireplace. Beautifully decorated rooms in the main building and suites and family room in the annexe.

The sauna has just been generously renovated with steam bath, bio sauna, cold water- and Kneipp-basin, fitness and gym room. They also have a juice and tea bar. Solarium available on request and any individual massage and beauty treatment can be organised for you. Children’s playroom on the lower floor where supervision can be arranged on request, with games room, table soccer and billiards, excellent for teenagers. Just 98 beds. Family suites available.

An elevator has been built to take you up from the village directly into the ski-cellar or in front of the main entrance.
