Food & Wine play a very important part in the hotels philosophy, the majority of the produce coming from their own farm and neighbouring farms with game from their local forests. From breakfast, to a 7 course gala dinner (usually Sunday) accompanied by fine wines, even the most discerning gourmet will not fail to be impressed.

All rooms, apartments and suites are individually furnished in Tyrolean style using a combination of traditional and contemporary furnishings, enhanced with local antiques. The rooms are spacious and light, most with balconies and some have wonderful views of the Stubai Glacier.
